 It is important to choose the right setting for your special occasion. Our  hall has hosted
many private parties, anniversaries and weddings, bridal and baby shower events. The
design and layout of our hall can accommodate 120 people. There is a historical bar room,
The Cocuonut Bar, next door that you can rent in conjunction with the hall that will remove
the 120 lpeople limit on the hall. Our beautiful pavillions area and grounds are perfect for
outdoor activities that may be part of your next function. A beautiful fountain add to the
natural flow as well as adding an extra touch of ambianceIf you are looking for a truly great
venue in Saint Bernard for a luncheon, cocktail reception, wedding, or other event, our venue
is the right environment for a truly special occasion.The room has a large open feeling due to our
exposed ceiling beams. I'm sure you will agree, This is a great place to hold your next event.





There is roughly 36 6-foot tables & 6 8-tables and115 chairs for inside the hall use only.
(no linens/tablecloths included).

If you have alcohol, you are required to provide us with a special event insurance
policy ($1,000,000/$2,000,000) that names the parish and the society as non-liable
(Waiver of Subrogation). One place you can check for insurance is www.theeventhelper.com.

The hall is rated to hold 120 people. You can add the rental of the
bar room next door and that will remove the limit

These rental prices are for a 3-hour event. Guests will be allowed 2 hours before for setup
and 1 hour after for clean-up (total of 6 hours). If lessee and/or their guests linger past their
scheduled time allotted for cleanup, the Isleños Society may withhold damage deposit check
to cover the fee for extra hours.

ISLENOS CENTER:
   Events without alcohol 10-120 persons ............................................................. $375.00
     * Use of tables, chairs, kitchen facilities
     * Custodial services

   Events with alcohol 10-120 persons………………………………………….......... $840.00
     * Same as above plus the following
     * One St. Bernard sheriff’s deputy
     * Additional hour of rental (4-hour rental.

   Add Coconut Island Barroom…………………………………………………............ $150.00
     * Note: If more than 120 people, with or Without alcohol, Barroom must be rented

PICNIC PAVILIONS:
   Two (2) picnic pavilions, in conjunction with hall rental. ……………............... $150.00
     * Use of four (4) picnic benches,
     * Running water, ceiling fans, electrical services
     * Custodial services
     * Bathrooms in the Isleños Center
     * Outdoor tables and chairs are not provided
         Note: If lessee is providing spacewalk, pavilions must be rented.

PICNIC PAVILIONS:

     * Does not include hall and kitchen facility.

PICNIC PAVILIONS:

Extra hours for Deputies:
  
If requested by Lessee........................................................................................,$30.00 per hour

Extra event hours: (1 or 2) .................................................................................$155.00 per hour
     Up to two (2) extra hours are available at the sole discretion of the Lessor,
     provided there is no scheduling conflict. Any request for extra hours must be
     made prior to the final payment due date of four (4) weeks prior to the event,
     and said Lease shall then be amended to include the additional hours and fee
     to be paid which will be due at the time complete payment is due.

There is a $100.00 Damage Deposit which must be submitted with the lease agreement to secure
the date requested. The damage deposit will be held for two weeks after the event and will be
returned by mail, if there is no damage to the facility and all terms of the lease are adhered to.
The total payment for the event is due four (4) weeks prior to the event.
